Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the contracting process between Sales, Operations, Legal, and external clients.
  • Draft, review, and edit contracts and related documents using approved templates.
  • Maintain version control, execution status, and document integrity throughout the contract lifecycle.

Process Efficiency:

  • Proactively drive contracts forward to meet sales and customer deadlines.
  • Ensure all necessary internal approvals (legal, finance, leadership) are secured before execution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve templates, and reduce turnaround times.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial administration
  • Working knowledge of commercial contracting principles and negotiation basics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple contracts at once.
