The Role:
- Own the design, development, and improvement of digital learning for a global AEC audience.
- Manage projects independently, using customer insights and data to guide decisions.
- Partner with technical teams on integrations, authentication, security, and infrastructure.
What You'll Bring:
- Five or more years of experience in learning experience or instructional design with independent project delivery.
- Proficiency with modular authoring platforms like Parta and understanding of headless LMS and API-enabled delivery.
- Ability to use AI and MCP-connected tools responsibly in repeatable workflows.
