Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team.
- You will create engaging and effective learning experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, simulations, and assessments.
- Develop multimedia content and visual designs that align with company branding and WCAG compliance.
- Implement evaluation methods and collaborate with subject matter experts and clients to improve training programs.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360) and strong knowledge of ADDIE/SAM.
- Multimedia, video editing, and graphic design skills preferred; AI roleplay simulation experience is a plus.
