Senior Technical Program Manager

Manage the strategic cross-functional program to implement the technology, environment, and related processes and automations to support various business areas at Veeam. Your tasks will include working with business leadership to define and communicate the program objectives, solidify the scope of each associated project and identify all workstreams impacted. Identify stakeholders and secure resources necessary to deliver the program’s objectives, facilitate the stakeholder communication. Clearly define and build both the program/project schedule and work breakdown structure, create the appropriate reports to effectively evaluate the ongoing status/health of the program and associated projects. Coordinate functional technical teams in their efforts to meet program objectives, resolve the blockers, and keep focus on value delivery. Ensure proper rollout of the tools and processes to the business users adhering to the best practices of change management. Ultimately ensure the successful completion of the program outcomes and measure results of the predefined goals and KPIs.
