Director of Information Technology

Responsibilities:

• Administer Google Workspace, Electric AI, JumpCloud, and Check Point, forming the core IT and security stack.
• Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and zero-trust access controls via JumpCloud.
• Manage endpoint protection, network security, threat response, and partner with security vendors for 24/7 coverage.

Strategy & Operations:

• Establish and maintain IT policies, approval processes, and compliance standards for all tools and platforms.
• Own software vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement to control costs and mitigate risk.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, new tool rollouts, and technology initiatives from start to finish.

Leadership & Requirements:

• Lead helpdesk operations as the escalation point, ensuring fast resolution times for all employees.
• Requires 5-10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 years in a director-level leadership role.
• Must have hands-on experience with cloud directory/IAM platforms and a strong understanding of zero-trust architecture, MDM, SSO, and MFA.
