About the Role:
- Act as a high-leverage technical leader, protecting Zone against long-term technical and business costs.
- Own the technical delivery of complex product modules and report to an Engineering Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and FinOps leads to turn vague business requirements into high-integrity technical plans.
- Define patterns for multi-entity consolidation and global tax compliance across NOAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and AI-native best practices.
What You'll Need:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and proven ability to lead complex projects in distributed environments.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across time zones.
