Job Description

Own Customer Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring excellent service and long-term success; Guide new customers through product setup and training; Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess progress.

Drive Project Delivery: Manage projects by coordinating with internal support functions; Advise customers on best practices and process improvements; Manage customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Drive Platform Adoption: Lead customer demos, onboarding, and training sessions; Develop and refine resources that standardize enablement best practices; Advocate for customers internally, ensuring their insights shape product roadmap.
