Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for underwriting outcomes across multiple lines, segments, and channels.
- Define underwriting appetite, pricing, coverage standards, and referral thresholds.
- Review high-impact and high-growth risks, ensuring decisions scale without sacrificing quality.
Required Experience:
- 10–15+ years underwriting experience, with deep Workers’ Compensation expertise.
- Senior underwriting leadership experience in an MGA, program, or high-growth carrier environment.
- Demonstrated track record of improving loss ratio while supporting aggressive growth.
