Job Description
Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agents will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions and evaluating risk. The ideal candidate confidently asks for the sale while overcoming objections. This position is 100% remote, but those within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or San Antonio, TX will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in-office.
The training program is 14 weeks long. Post-training hours for remote workers are Mon-Fri 11:30am-8pm local time, every other Sunday 9:30-6pm Eastern. Post-training hours for hybrid workers are Mon-Fri 9:30-6pm local time, every other Sunday 9:30-6pm Eastern. A distraction free environment is essential in this customer-facing role.
