Job Description
As a Field Service Support Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be responsible for installing, supporting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Intuitive products. This includes providing technical support to end-users and other Intuitive employees, conducting training sessions, performing scheduled maintenance activities, and coordinating system and hardware delivery and installation.
The role also requires knowledge of O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards. The engineer will manage their assigned area, respond to customer needs, maintain system configurations, and provide support for customer training and events. They will also provide feedback to HQ and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Ideal candidates will have experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and strong communication skills. Travel up to 75% may be required.
