Primary Job Duties:
- Complete EFT, ERA, and EDI setup and enrollment with health plans through claims systems or payor portals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with health plans to obtain provider submission statuses and address enrollment issues.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve provider enrollment problems and identify revenue leakage through data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in managed care credentialing, billing, or Medical Staff services.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ability to function independently, and knowledge of Athena system and payer enrollment tables.
Compensation and Work Environment:
- Salary range is $54,000 to $57,000 per year, plus an annual bonus targeted at 10%.
