As a Specialist, Business Banking Services you will develop strong active listening skills and learn a wealth of knowledge about business banking. You will work with a network of internal & external business groups to find the right solutions for our customers. You will probe to understand customer needs and provide Business Banking sales, service and advice to existing BMO customers or prospects. You will advise customers on Business Banking strategies and products (including credit cards) that meet their objectives and priorities. Fulfill sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures. Engage clients in holistic needs based conversations to develop a complete understanding of the Business Banking needs and identify financial solutions to fulfill immediate and future needs. These solutions include commercial deposit accounts, cash management solutions, Small Business Lending & Small Business Credit Cards, Merchant Service Solutions & Payroll Solutions.
