Family Law Paralegal - General Pool

About the Role:

• A growing U.S.-based Family Law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Paralegal / Case Manager to take meaningful ownership of complex Florida family law matters.
• This senior-level role requires proactive case management, anticipating attorney needs, and moving cases forward with strong judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive case knowledge, track deadlines, prepare attorneys for mediations and trials, and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and financial affidavits.
• Review financial disclosures for inconsistencies, manage discovery, and handle e-filing via the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel, and help improve internal workflows and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Florida Family Law paralegal experience with strong knowledge of procedures and documentation.
• Experience with the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, county-specific scheduling, and financial document review.
• Excellent English communication, organization, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
