Junior Category Manager Italy (m/f/d)

As Junior Category Manager Italy (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Italian assortment. You will work with the team on managing and optimizing our e-commerce product portfolio, with the aim of offering a range that is perfectly aligned with our customers' needs. You will analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments. You are responsible for onsite pricing and work closely with the marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions, actively supporting overall marketing initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes. You will work with the team on cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies.
