Support multiple C-level leaders across time zones with scheduling, travel, and communication management, board meeting coordination, executive offsite planning, while also jumping in to help with recruiting, onboarding and other projects. This position begins as a 3-month contract-to-hire role, with serious intention to transition to full-time based on mutual fit and performance. Anticipate needs, potential conflicts, and upcoming priorities for multiple executives, and solve problems before they surface. Coordinate meetings across international time zones, balance competing priorities. Organize and triage inboxes, draft and polish correspondence, and ensure follow-ups happen without prompting. Manage domestic and international travel end-to-end. Assist with onboarding, HR processes, company initiatives, and internal communications.
