Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $200,000 - $350,000.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Roadmap the AI resilience landscape and identify keystone capabilities for new organizations.
- Source ideas, build founding teams, and coach founders on technical and organizational roadmaps.
- Serve as Director on multiple FRO boards and represent Convergent externally with funders.
Who You Are:
- You understand the AI landscape in granular detail and have a view on exposures and tractable solutions.
- You are technically fluent in frontier AI and have a deep network in the field.
- You have startup experience, including fundraising, hiring, and board governance.
