The National Manager – GTM is responsible for managing the orchestration and delivery of GTM sprint programs across all regions. You will act as the operational heartbeat of the GTM function, ensuring that every rollout is aligned to the strategic roadmap, is measurable, and drives adoption and performance uplift. The National Manager – GTM will be responsible for orchestrating the successful execution of GTM sprints across the country. This role ensures nationwide coordination, reporting, and alignment with all stakeholders including Sales Leaders, Product, Marketing, and Regional State Leads. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that national strategies are executed consistently while allowing for regional flexibility and broker-centric delivery. The role involves program orchestration, operational alignment, performance monitoring, and stakeholder management with continuous improvement.
