As part of the Professional Services team within Ashby’s Customer Success organization, you'll have the opportunity to help shape this new implementation offering, upleveling the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new mid-market and smaller enterprise customers. Your book of business will include 10-12 active implementations at a time, each lasting 4-8 weeks. You’ll work directly with customers to develop and execute implementation plans that ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value. The role requires extensive experience managing implementation projects, understanding customer needs, and navigating change management processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, critical thinking skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. You will advise customers on best practices specific to their usage of software to ensure optimal value.
