What You'll Do:

- Coordinate with external collection agencies and offshore patient collection team, including account uploads and resolution of daily issues.
What Success Looks Like:
- Maintain or exceed target recovery rate from patient accounts on a monthly basis with a goal of increasing the patient collection rate by 5% per quarter.
- Reduce days outstanding for high-balance accounts by 5% within 6 months.
- Achieve resolution timelines for collection agency coordination within 5 business days.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in patient collections, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
- Working knowledge of insurance billing, patient responsibility balances, and HIPAA compliance.
