Key Responsibilities:
- Create streamlined automation solutions for attendance, staffing, and KPIs.
- Proactively audit workflows and collaborate to identify manual bottlenecks.
- Build documentation and provide training for smooth system adoption.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience designing ecosystems on Airtable and Zapier.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and automation logic.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to self-manage in a remote environment.
