Job Description
This role is responsible for enhancing patient experience. Key responsibilities include the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of patient experience programs, initiatives, focusing on patient/care team engagement, communication, and service recovery.
Drive consistent patient experience practices aligning with CommonSpirit Health's mission and strategic objectives. You will establish and monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities through root cause analysis. Also disseminate national Patient Experience direction and information as well as provide patient experience orientation and education to new employees across the region.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration is required.
