- Responsible for analyzing revenue cycle processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborates with teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and patient experience.
Essential Functions:
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets revenue cycle data to identify trends and variances.
- Prepares regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to support initiatives.
- Monitors KPIs and benchmarks against organizational and industry standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of related experience.
Work Conditions:
- Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
- Intermittent sitting at computer workstation.
