Key Responsibilities:
- Review paid claims to identify reimbursement discrepancies and underpayments.
- Initiate and track underpayment recovery efforts through appeals and payer escalations.
- Develop and maintain underpayment tracking reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare settings.
- Ability to interpret complex payer contracts and reimbursement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
