Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop enterprise sales strategies and tactics to grow market share with F2000 employers.
  • Cross-sell additional HealthEquity products and services to current clients.
  • Act as the client's advocate to ensure agreed-upon service and support.

Travel and Onboarding:

  • Heavy travel (over 30%) may be required for this remote position.
  • Participate in an in-person, quarterly onboarding program called Trailhead at headquarters, with all travel and accommodations covered.

Compensation and Culture:

  • Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly commissions through a Sales Incentive Program and eligibility for restricted stock units.
