Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager will play a key role in onboarding new dispensary clients onto our POS platform. You’ll serve as a project owner during the pre-launch phase, guiding customers through their setup journey and ensuring a smooth, confident transition into go-live and long-term success.

You will serve as the primary project coordinator for onboarding dispensaries post-sale, from kickoff to go-live, lead and manage implementation calls, data migration tasks, platform setup and training, and launch readiness. You will also work cross-functionally with Support, Product, Sales and Account Management to ensure smooth handoffs and clear client expectations. The person in this role will travel to these customer locations as needed (typically 3-4 times per month) to support onsite training, go-lives, or strategic implementations, ensuring high-touch onboarding experiences.
