Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to increase licensing and subscription revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value through renewal optimization and new business development.
  • Target and convert competitive net new accounts and identify upsell opportunities within the existing portfolio to expand the company's footprint.

Client and Partnership Management:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to customers, alliance partners, and internal sales teams, ensuring strong retention and increased solution consumption.
  • Lead onboarding, transition management, and support licensing aspects of Quarterly Business Reviews, communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:

  • Work with operations, finance, and managed services teams to establish scalable best operational practices for the growing subscription business.
  • Enforce process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
