- Target and convert competitive net new accounts and identify upsell opportunities within the existing portfolio to expand the company's footprint.
Client and Partnership Management:
- Serve as a strategic partner to customers, alliance partners, and internal sales teams, ensuring strong retention and increased solution consumption.
- Lead onboarding, transition management, and support licensing aspects of Quarterly Business Reviews, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Work with operations, finance, and managed services teams to establish scalable best operational practices for the growing subscription business.
- Enforce process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
