About the Role:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of documentation for loan transactions.
- Interacts and coordinates with related areas across the company.
- Engages with legal counsel during preparation of closing documents.
What You Will Do:
- Manages all aspects of loan closing, coordinating with business partners and vendors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Provides support, training, and expertise to other members of the Closing Team.
What You Will Need:
- Requires a minimum of five years of related experience.
- Requires 2-3 years of Government Guaranteed Lending closing experience.
