Global OSP Project & Program Management:
- Lead and oversee Outside Plant design and engineering delivery from feasibility through customer handover across global programs.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk registers, and delivery forecasts, acting as the primary escalation point.
OSP Design & Engineering Oversight:
- Oversee Civil OSP and network design activities, providing governance and technical direction.
- Perform milestone-based reviews to validate alignment with client standards, jurisdictional requirements, and national codes.
Quality Control & Delivery Governance:
- Own the program-level QC approach for Civil OSP, managing design review cycles and comment resolution processes.
- Validate deliverables meet client acceptance criteria and track quality trends to improve predictability.
Cross-Discipline & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate across civil engineering, GIS, permitting, and construction teams to facilitate internal and external meetings.
- Integrate feedback from clients, municipalities, and utilities into delivery plans and align technical decisions with program objectives.
