Flow Production Tracking Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Stabilizes and maintains the Flow/Jira Bridge, ensuring data integrity and internal management.
• Re-architects Flow automation and event listener layer for reliability and security.
• Troubleshoots Flow and Jira Bridge issues and serves as primary escalation point.

Qualifications:

• Five plus years of experience administering Flow Production Tracking or ShotGrid in games or VFX.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-vendor co-development environments.
• Shipped at least one AAA title with Flow/ShotGrid as production system of record preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with sg-jira-bridge and Flow Python API.
• Proficiency with Jira administration and REST API.
• Familiarity with Perforce, Maya, and DCC pipelines.
