Payroll Specialist

As part of the Finance team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm responsible for the day-to-day company payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Payroll Specialist partners with internal teams to help drive process improvements and enhance the associate experience. Administers biweekly payroll ensuring payments are processed timely and accurately, including but not limited to, salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, direct deposits, and other deductions, while ensuring company compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices. Serves as the first point-of-contact for payroll questions, providing outstanding and timely customer service and ensuring all questions or issues are resolved or raised to the appropriate team member.
