The top priority will be driving new propositions and overall positioning of Monzo’s credit card, Flex, and you’ll support other products as needed. Lead Go-to-Market Strategy by owning the end-to-end development and execution of plans for new features. Act as the voice of the market, lead efforts in market intelligence, and craft compelling messaging and positioning. Deeply understand customer needs and translate them into actionable tools to influence product development. Continuously assess the competitive landscape and partner with Compliance.
