What You'll Do:

• Build and implement AI features, selecting the right model and implementation approach for each use case.
• Test inputs and outputs before shipping AI features into the real product.
• Evaluate and monitor AI feature performance in production, digging into real inputs and outputs to improve prompts and implementations.

About You:

• You can explain technical concepts, tradeoffs, and constraints clearly in close 1-on-1 work.
• You take ownership of what you build and keep it working over time.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and evaluating AI features in production is highly valued.
