Software Engineer - AI Features

Responsibilities:

• Ship customer-facing AI features across the full stack, building both the experience and LLM-backed flows.
• Treat AI output as something you verify, building evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring into features.
• Sweat front-end craft, focusing on responsiveness, streaming states, accessibility, and trustworthy details.
• Stay close to customers by joining calls, participating in support rotations, and watching session recordings.

How We Work:

• Engineers own their work end-to-end, from problem definition through production and customer signal.
• We develop in Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, React, and PHP, using a variety of data and AI tooling.
• Teams are small and project-based, with engineers expected to operate across different compositions.
• AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code are used daily; we treat our AI workflow as a product we shape together.

Qualifications:

• Strong full-stack engineer with frontend center of gravity, substantial JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience.
• Built real things with LLMs, comfortable with retrieval, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns.
• Fluent with AI coding tools and treats them as part of craft, moving fast without sacrificing judgment.
• Customer-fluent, actively seeking signal, and owns outcomes by measuring work's impact.
