What we're looking for:
- A builder who can ship AI solutions in days, not sprints, embedding with the coaching team to understand their workflow.
- Demonstrable experience shipping AI-powered tools for non-technical users, with hands-on LLM API and prompt engineering skills.
- A data-driven attitude, comfortable with messy conversational data and rapid prototyping.
What you'll do:
- Build risk ranking and context briefing workflows using LLMs to turn WhatsApp conversations into structured signals.
- Design and maintain prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows, owning the full stack from frontend to deployment.
- Prototype rapidly, evaluate model outputs, and wire AI into existing systems like WhatsApp, Slack, and platform APIs.
What success looks like at Month 6:
- The risk ranking and context briefing tools are live and used by coaches weekly without prompting.
- Measurable improvement in time-to-intervention for clients showing disengagement or risk.
- Our Product Manager can run and extend the systems independently, ensuring the work outlasts your contract.
