QMS Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Build the QMS from the ground up, focusing on quality signals, governance, and controls for the Agentic SOC.
• Conduct independent reviews, monitor decision quality and behavioral drift, and produce actionable scorecards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, collaborating with Analysis, Product, Engineering, and Security Operations.

What You Bring To The Team:

• 5+ years building quality, governance, or operational excellence programs, ideally in security operations.
• Experience managing people, coaching performance, and building team capability.
• Ability to design meaningful quality measurements and communicate findings constructively.
