Develop a clear website roadmap that advances Fictiv's business goals
Prioritize work based on impact and partner closely with content, creative, SEO, and growth teams
Lead the push toward a modern, highly converting site experience

User Experience:

Champion user-centered UX decisions informed by data, customer insights, and strong experimentation discipline
Drive continuous improvement across navigation, page structure, conversion paths, and overall site quality to enhance user experience
Establish and enforce UX, accessibility, and performance standards to ensure the site scales without sacrificing quality

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Own relationships with internal teams, including creative, content, lifecycle, product marketing, and paid media
Communicate roadmap decisions clearly and present strategy and results directly to the senior leadership team
Manage multiple developers based in India, as well as a US-based SEO manager
