Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

The Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health of the organization by analyzing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle. This position involves collecting, compiling, and analyzing data related to the entire revenue cycle, including eligibility, charge capture, billing, coding, and collections. The analyst will develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in accounts receivable (A/R), denial rates, and clean claim rates. Presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to improve revenue cycle processes and financial performance is also an important part of the role.
