• Drive measurable cost savings and value realization with vendor performance frameworks.
• Rationalize vendors and eliminate redundancy to improve quality and cost efficiency.

Team Building & Global Operating Model:

• Build and lead a global procurement organization with a strong presence in Bengaluru.
• Define roles across sourcing, operations, and vendor management.
• Foster a culture of commercial rigor, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
