- Implement mitigation actions and drive creation of new initiatives.
- Find solutions to problems and roadblocks identified by initiative owners.
Strategic Sourcing:
- Provide coaching on sourcing strategies and best-in-class procurement methodologies.
- Develop a "Buy Better" mindset with focus on supplier utilization and rationalization.
- Support "Spend Smarter" actions via proactive budget analysis and demand management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with IT, Finance, HR, and other functions to optimize external spend.
- Act as a change agent, leading implementation of best practices.
- Ensure stakeholders are informed, trained, and effectively onboarded.
