Job Description
The Benefit Design Manager will play a central role in supporting Maven’s growth by enabling exceptional benefit design and delivery
for clients.
- Tailoring Maven’s offerings to address client-specific needs and market benchmarks.
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing to refine pitch materials.
- Participating in client meetings, articulating Maven’s value proposition, and answering questions.
Responsibilities include supporting new client implementations, managing benefit requirements, and ensuring accurate member communication.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for existing clients.
- Attending QBRs.
- Addressing ad hoc requests for benefit analyses.
Additionally, providing continuous feedback to Product and Product Marketing teams to inform the benefit program roadmap.
- Refining Maven’s differentiated value story.
- Applying a strong understanding of fertility and family-building benefit design.
- Displaying client-facing experience with great communication skills.
