Responsibilities:
- Own the product backlog, write epics and user stories, and conduct backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and use AI tools to gather requirements and conduct gap analysis.
- Serve as the primary contact for development teams and partner with UX/UI designers and QA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or claims administration.
- Familiarity with Agile, Jira, and AI-assisted tools for requirements management.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time, permanent, remote position within the United States.
- Work involves long periods sitting in front of a computer and may require travel based on company needs.
