Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Dungarvin, you’ll be at the center of creating lasting change for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Dungarvin Day Programs. This role combines direct clinical work with leadership and collaboration, giving you the opportunity to both guide practice and see progress firsthand. You’ll design and implement individualized behavior support plans, celebrate milestones as people reach their personal goals, and work closely with families, staff, and interdisciplinary team members. Your expertise will directly shape how individuals build independence, confidence, and connection in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
