Job Description
As a foundational member of the people team, the Executive Recruiting Lead (Sales) will be part of a team of recruiters responsible for all hires at HQ and in our Partner Companies. This position will focus mainly on identifying, attracting, and securing A-level GTM/Sales talent across the Cobalt ecosystem, while providing an outstanding candidate experience and maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
In addition, this individual will have the opportunity to lean into building processes and implementing recruiting systems and best practices to support the growth of a rapidly growing organization where talent is critical to success.
You will drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager/candidate experience throughout by partnering with senior stakeholders to deeply understand their leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics while providing strategic hiring guidance and market insights. You will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build and nurture lasting relationships with hard-to-access talent pools, maintaining an active network of potential candidates and industry leaders and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, managing complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and clear communication.
