Responsibilities:
- Review customer contracts for revenue recognition under ASC 606, including non-standard terms.
- Own monthly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue analytics.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations to resolve accounting matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with monthly close cycles.
- CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus, with interest in AI and automation tools.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support.
- SaaS or subscription-based revenue accounting experience and ERP familiarity.
