Job Description
As a Forward-Deployed Integration Engineer at Deel, you'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll collaborate directly with strategic customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll design and implement tailored technical solutions, often using Deel's and our partner Accounting and HCMs' APIs, webhooks, and backend infrastructure. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Backend/Frontend Engineers to deliver both customer-specific and scalable product improvements. Provide exceptional technical support during onboarding, implementation, and post-sale expansion. Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers unlock the full power of Deel.
