Job Description
Clifford Chance Amsterdam is seeking a stellar employment lawyer with 5–8 years of experience. You will be collaborating closely with team members in Amsterdam and other international Clifford Chance offices to deliver high-end, strategic employment advice on matters such as boardroom issues, terminations, reorganizations, works council negotiations, and investigations. You will be representing clients in court when disputes require litigation. You will be partnering with our M&A and Finance teams to advise on employment and works council matters in international transactions.Enhancing your legal expertise and skills through knowledge sessions and practical experience. Building and maintaining strong relationships with client peers, leveraging the firm’s resources to grow and deepen those connections.
