Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the strategic partner for enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding to renewal to achieve measurable business outcomes through process orchestration and automation.
  • Manage customer health, risk, and expansion opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Support teams to drive retention and growth.
