Assist World is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Medical Scribe with medical knowledge to support our healthcare client. This position is ideal for someone with strong medical terminology understanding, experience documenting patient encounters, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. Key Responsibilities include accurately documenting patient encounters, medical histories, assessments, and treatment plans in real time, assisting in preparing charts and updating records.
Communicate clearly with physicians, patients, and team members in Spanish and English. Review records for accuracy and compliance. Support physicians with administrative tasks and documentation. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Provide general virtual assistant support as needed.
