- Support Eligibility and Enrollment and other MES modules by analyzing operational work-flows, policy impacts, and system dependencies.
- Assist with procurement‑related activities as needed, including development and review of Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation.
- Conduct and present market research and options analyses, synthesizing vendor data, trends, risks, and considerations into clear, actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Six (6) years of experience providing SME and/or Business Analyst support to a State or Territorial Medicaid agency.
- Four (4) years of experience supporting Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) initiatives, including systems modernization, procurement, or implementation efforts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
