Operations Manager, Scholars Network

The Operations Manager, Scholars Network plays a critical role in aligning student recruitment efforts with Scholars Network’s mission and the evolving needs of our health system and higher education partners. This role will lead the design and execution of internal systems and workflows, ensuring our team can scale efficiently while delivering exceptional service to students, universities, and healthcare employers. As an Operations Manager, you will support the Senior Director of Partnerships & Operations and lead the development of scalable systems and processes to transition the team from early-stage operations to a structured, growth-ready organization. You will also collaborate with product and tech teams, managing partnership launches, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing vendor relationships. This role involves top-of-funnel sales efforts with health systems, building relationships, generating demand, and converting interest into partnerships. Travel is required approximately ~10% of the time.
